Meet Vivian
I’ve always believed that real estate is deeply personal. Every client relationship matters, and I approach each one the same way I would if it were my own family—leading with integrity, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility. That belief has guided my work since 2007 and ultimately became the foundation of Highland Premiere Real Estate, the firm I co-founded in 2014.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of serving clients and their families from all over the world—helping them buy, sell, and invest in homes not just for today, but with future generations in mind. My work spans Los Angeles, Orange County, the Bay Area, and Southwest Montana—specifically Bozeman and Livingston, where we make our home. While I’m proud of the volume we’ve achieved together, what matters most to me is the trust built over time and the lifetime relationships that grow from thoughtful, well-advised decisions.
I grew up in Los Angeles surrounded by design and architecture—my mother is a lighting architect and interior designer—so homes and spaces have always been part of my world. My time working in the luxury properties division at Christie’s Auction House further shaped my perspective, and later, becoming a seasoned flipper and builder gave me a practical, behind-the-scenes understanding of construction, value, and long-term durability. That experience allows me to guide clients with both vision and realism.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in political science and art history from UC Davis and an MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business. I’m fluent in Korean and deeply value mentorship, particularly supporting young women navigating and building careers in business. Outside of work, I recharge through painting, Pilates, and travel.
